Steam Room
Our Steam Rooms help relieve minor aches, pains and help cleanse the skin as well as improving circulation. Costumes must be worn at all times and booking is essential. Children aged 8-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Steam Room usage is mixed throughout the week with the exception of our Ladies-Only period at HLC which is from 7.00pm - 8.00pm each Tuesday.
