
Membership Fees
If a booking is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice no charge is made. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice and the facility is not re-let, the activity fee must be paid. Until the account is cleared further bookings will not be accepted.
Non-members can book facilities up to 48 hours in advance in person with payment and no refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.
Membership cards must be presented on every visit - failure to do so will result in a non-member price being charged.
If your card is lost/stolen, please advise Customer Services as soon as possible. Your membership number will be cancelled to prevent misuse and a replacement card will be supplied on payment of a £3 administration fee.
