Conference Room
The Conference Room at Havant Leisure Centre is available to hire for formal meetings, seminars and training courses. The room seats up to 50 people depending on the room layout required.
Here are some of the benefits of hiring our facilities:
- Available 7 days a week from 7.00am -10.00pm
- Our large car park is right outside the Leisure Centre
- Good location on the outskirts of Havant town centre
- A full range of catering facilities are available including arrival drinks, cold buffets and hot meals
- Audio/visual aids can be hired
- Use of fax machine
Hire Price
£11.50 per hour (private hire)
£9.50 per hour (club use)
Should you wish to hire other facilities within the centre to combine staff development and team building with a meeting or training day, the Centre Manager will be pleased to provide you with a package price.

Function Suite
The Function Suite is located on the 1st floor of Havant Leisure Centre and is a first class facility, which can be adapted to meet your individual needs - whether you wish to hire it for a wedding reception, anniversary, birthday, Christmas party or a work function, we have the venue to suit you.
There are many reasons why our Function Suite provides an appealing choice:
- It can accommodate up to 200 people
- There is a portable dance floor
- It is fully air conditioned
- There are adjacent toilet facilities, including disabled
- A lift gives easy access to the suite
- Our large car park is right outside the Leisure Centre
