Age Requirements

In order to take part in any of our Fitness Classes you must be a minimum age.

Below is a list of the age requirements for our classes:


Dry Side Fitness Classes
14-15 years must be accompanied by an adult
16+ years no restriction

Water-Based Fitness Classes
14-15 years must be accompanied by an adult
16+ years no restriction
