A range of Pilates courses are run at both Havant & Waterlooville Leisure Centres throughout the year.
Courses typically last for 6-8 weeks and are very popular so we advise you to book your place early to avoid disappointment.
Posture Pilates
Posture Pilates aims to rebalance the body by improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability. Improve your posture, suppleness and strength.
Pilates / Fitness Pilates
Pilates and Fitness Pilates build your body's core strength, flexibility and tone - this is done through a series of stretching and conditioning exercises.
Think of holding your arms out to your side for as long as you can or sitting down with your legs in front of you and raising them just above the floor.
Pilates uses these types of exercises which are great for your muscles and help prevent injury.
